  1. Chest: Measure horizontally around the fullest part of the chest.
  2. Shoulders: Measure from shoulder point to shoulder point.
  3. Sleeve: Measure from shoulder point to wrist with arm slightly bent.
  4. Length: Measure from highest shoulder point to hem.

SIZE RECOMMENDATION

  • Choose a size where chest measurement is at least body chest + 6–8 cm (slim) or +8–12 cm (regular fit).
  • For layering or extra comfort, add +12–14 cm chest allowance.
  • If you have broader shoulders or arms, choose the larger size.
  • If between sizes, compare with a well-fitting shirt.
