Going on vacation? Too much product on hand? You can pause or skip deliveries whenever you like. We make it easy to adjust your plan based on your needs.
We always send a reminder 3 days before your next billing date. This gives you plenty of time to cancel, update, or skip your order — no surprises.
Your subscription is month-to-month. You’ll never be locked into a contract, and you can change or stop anytime.
Because our products are personal care items, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed or shipped. However, if you unknowingly subscribed and thought it was a one-time purchase, we'll happily make it up to you by offering free store credit, and a lifetime discount.
